The decor is outdated, and the poorly maintained common areas detract from the experience!!! The soundproofing is insufficient, leading to noise distractions that wouldn't be welcome after a long day!!!

The staff is courteous here, the services are great, and location is incredible just next door to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, historical center, and shops. Make sure you stay in the standard studio for breakfast to be refunded. There is an electric kettle, refrigerators and kitchenware.

Booked standard studio, that was provided with all amenities close to hand, a balcony and a cute. The stuff seemed affable.

Disappointing aspect was not very clean bathroom.

Air conditioning was a lifesaver. Wi-Fi speed could use improvement.

Overall clean hotel, facilities are great, and the location is particularly good and ideal easy to wander along the seafront. Everyone who works in the property is excellent and very pleasant. All in all they offer good service. You can park the car onsite.

Very easy to reach by bus, from the airport as well as from the city. Very close on foot to the promenade. Nice room, everything good and sufficient. Helpful and friendly reception staff. . . Roof Deck could have been more inviting, was unfortunately not prepared at our time.

Couldn't recommend more for a couple of nights

Comfortable bed, convenient location, well-equipped kitchenette, with a lovely balcony, along with easy access to public transport just a short walk away.

Room on the street side is noisy.

The location of the hotel is indeed a little away from the city centre, but it is well located due to the excellent bus connections. Beach only 300 meters.

At the moment a lot is being built in Nice and also here on the square. Road with a lot of traffic during the day, but it works at night.

I really enjoyed the clean, spacious standard studio. The kitchenette had everything needed for meals, and I loved having a balcony to relax on. Air conditioning worked perfectly, a blessing during the heat. The rooftop terrace? Absolutely fantastic with its fine views. I appreciated the location, just a short walk from the beach and with supermarkets like Lidl close by. The service at the front desk could be improved. Some staff members weren't very cute, and I faced issues with noise from adjacent rooms. The curtain in the bathroom didn't do a good job keeping the water in during showers. I preferred a more frequent housekeeping service during my 12-night stay. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, but a bit more attention to those details could elevate the stay significantly.

good Location to all tourist areas and airport,20/25 mins walk to town and port area via prom. 5 min to prom.20 min to main rail station. Nice view of garden from rear rooms.

Rooms need to be painted and refurbished

The room was super clean, and I really appreciated the small kitchenette that made it easy to prepare quick meals. I loved unwinding by the sun terrace and enjoying the views from the rooftop with my family after a day out. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 😊

staff very nice they speak english helpful the location is super with bus 23 from airport takes only 30 minutes for 1.5 € to the hotel mattresses very good the kitchen has everything you need unfortunately except coffee machine balcony is nice super markets nearby also Lidl

Only once a week is cleaned and fresh bed linen and towels very little also toilet paper you have to clean yourself in the kitchen also not enough detergent we have bought from Lidl at check out you have to take out the garbage yourself

This is a nice hotel for people on a budget. Not very fancy, but adequate if you only sleep there. Because people can cook in their rooms, there was quite a lot of smell in the corridors, but not in the room. Separate beds would be better instead of the sofa.

The good, quiet location, if you have a room back to the garden. It is easy to reach the sea and there are many possibilities for eating and shopping.

The breakfast service wasn't good. The used dishes stood around on the tables long after the people were gone. It was refilled only on demand. There was toast although France is famous for its baguettes. On the other days we preferred to go to a cafe for breakfast.
